In Year 5 we have started to learn about Ancient Egypt. We have been told that the grounds of Skyswood School may hide some Egyptian treasures, so we set out on a mission to try and find them. After a lot of digging, we could say that our archaeology dig was quite a success as we discovered some very precious items. We made our observations on each item to see if they were real and true findings of Egyptian culture. The children worked very hard and enjoyed their discoveries.
