Thursday 23 April 2026 Easter in Reception! Reception enjoyed a lovely week celebrating Easter. We started the week with a trip to St Mary's Church where we learnt some Easter songs and made an Easter garden. We had fun tasting hot cross buns in class. We finished the week with our EYFS Easter bonnet parade and an easter egg hunt in our environmental area.
Tuesday 17 February 2026 Reception's Chinese New Year! We have had a fantastic week in Reception celebrating Chinese New Year! The children loved learning about all the different customs and traditions.
Saturday 10 January 2026 Reception's Winter Walk! Today the children wrapped up warm and headed on a Winter walk around the school!We loved getting outside and spotting signs of Winter. Back inside we got creative making bird feeders to help birds keep warm this winter.
