Our learning in Science and D&T reached its conclusion this week. We had been learning all about different food types (protein, carbohydrates, vegetables, etc) and which food had better fat, sugar and salt contents. This helped us to design our very own sandwiches which we made on Friday 2nd February.
We made one sandwich to take home and a second sandwich which was cut in half. Half was eaten as a snack (yum, yum) and the other half was chopped into smaller pieces so we could taste each others creations.
Year 3 had a really fun morning!
