Our upper juniors must be congratulated on their excellent performances in our summer production, Ye Ha!, which was staged at the Sandpit Theatre in the penultimate week of term. The children have worked incredibly hard and really brought their characters to life as Billie-Jo and Wilbur saved the day in Splodge City. The scheming Mayor teamed up with Mad Dog McNut and his gang in a bid to buy up all the properties and find the hidden gold, which turned out to be Texan oil! The Two Stroke Indians were the only ones who truly knew the secret of where the map was hidden… a tattoo on Wilbur’s back side! The children enjoyed the humour within the play and were a pleasure to work with in the rehearsals leading up to the performances. Well done to all of our Year 5 and 6 children, you were fantastic!
