We just want to say a huge ‘thank you’ to all those who sponsored the children for their walk that took place just before half-term. Reception managed to raise an incredible £350 towards resources in our classroom and Nursery also raised an impressive amount. We are incredibly grateful and will make sure it is spent wisely.
Everyone walked superbly during our circuit of Marshalswick. All the children were very well-behaved and managed to complete the walk without any mishaps! This was undoubtedly aided by the number of parent volunteers that accompanied us – a big ‘thank you’ to you too! We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
Our final ‘thank you’ needs to go to Year 1 who gave us an amazing welcome when we arrived back at school by creating a human arch for us to walk through. It was a wonderful way to finish the event which overall was a great success.
