The school demountable classroom, affectionately known as ‘the music hut’ was taken down in impressive fashion on Monday 13th February. It didn’t take long for the demolition team to break the classroom up. The replacement unit is due to arrive on Saturday 25th February.
Meanwhile, around the corner in the junior playground, excavation works have started to prepare for the laying of a rubber mulch all-weather surface, hopefully around Easter. FOSS have given tremendous support to this project and are currently working with the school to ensure the best value option (in terms of quality and cost) having received quotes from several companies.
