The fabulous Welsh weather continued as our sun-creamed crew made their way up the Miner’s Track this morning. Temperatures reached 24 degrees so the team took it steady, taking in the scenery with plenty of water stops and an enjoyable lunch in the heart of Snowdonia’s glorious mountains. The children then enjoyed a couple of hours letting off steam at the Fun Centre, before making their way back to the hotel. The children are now excitedly preparing themselves for the evening disco, Mrs Storey will no doubt hide any of Mr Jones’ Depeche Mode CDs if they happen to mysteriously appear at any point in the evening, whilst Mr Collenette will use all of his Batchwood bouncer experience to ensure that everything runs smoothly!
It’s clearly been an amazing week and we look forward to seeing the children on their return tomorrow, armed no doubt with a week’s dirty laundry and countless tales of days in Wales!
