On Friday, Year 6 experimented with Greek dips and pitta bread. We made tzatziki, melitzanosalata and beetroot hummus, and thought about how best to present it. Many thanks to Mrs. McCarthy for the use of her oven. Here are the dishes before they left the classroom.
