We would like to congratulate our children and families on their outstanding efforts to support Operation Christmas Child. Over 120 shoeboxes were sent into the school and it was clear that considerable time, effort and care had gone into the completion of each box. A number of Skyswood parents and children, including an ex-Skyswood pupil who is now at Sandringham, gave up their Saturday morning to help sort the shoeboxes and prepare them for their journey to Mozambique, which is the identified destination for this year’s St Albans and Harpenden shoebox collection. The sorting took place at St Mark’s Church Colney Heath. A special thank you to Aliya, Yasmin, Nicole, Zachary, Heather, Myles, Jessica, Bethany and their parents for their hard work and excellent efforts on Saturday!
