As mentioned in our December newsletter, we are now able to offer cello lessons should any children be interested. Experienced local cello teacher, Jenny Lines, has some time available and is able to add Skyswood to her current local schools (Wheatfields and Sandringham.) Jenny is a fantastic tutor and came in to present the cello to our children at the end of last term. This will be the first time that we have offered cello lessons at the school. Please contact the office if interested. (Jenny informs us that the Herts Music Service have new cellos that are available for loan should any children be interested.)
The school also offer piano, guitar, flute, clarinet, violin and saxophone lessons. Spaces are limited and parents are advised to contact the school office if interested.
We are also delighted to announce that Mrs Bird will be starting sessions for our school orchestra this term.
